We provide an online solution to:

  • (b) request digital signatures from others;
  • (c) keep documents signed or to be signed.


We run publicly accessible websites such as,,, which do not require a login or identification and these are used to market our online solution.

Personal information is all kinds of information that to some extent can be attributed to you.


General information about the use of our publicly available website

When you are not logged in to our website:


When you use our website without logging in, we collect and process a number of pieces of information. It happens e.g. by ordinary access to content on the website. 


We typically collect and process the following types of information when you use our website without logging in:


A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location, as well as which pages and elements on the pages you click and point with your mouse. Eg. if you are watching a video or clicking a button or image.


If you also sign up for our newsletter, send emails to us, fill out our forms, chat on our live support chat or participate in contests and surveys, we will typically also save your name, phone number, address and email address as well as any messages and documents you send to U.S. We collect this information in order to communicate with you about our online solution and offer you new features and great deals via email and phone. When you use your electronic ID on to identify yourself and sign an agreement:


A registered user of (private individuals or companies and organizations that have set up a company account) can send agreements (agreement documents) to you via via email or other distribution channels. We call such a registered user a "sender".


Agreements can be signed by you with electronic IDs such as your private Danish NemID, NemID for employees of Danish companies, Swedish, Finish or Norwegian BankID or your biometric passport. When you identify yourself with your electronic ID and sign agreement documents, you only enter into an agreement with the sender who sent the agreement to you. You do not enter into an agreement with us but with the sender. You only enter into an agreement with us if you create a user account on afterwards.


If the sender stores personal information about you, the sender is data responsible for this information. This also applies to personal information that the sender acquires via You should always make sure that the sender is known by you and that the sender has an acceptable privacy policy of yours.


Data Processing Agreement

If you as a user of add personal sensitive data about other people to our online solution, you or the company that you represent are the Data Controller and we are the Data Processor on behalf of you / your company. In that case, you / your company must enter into the Data Processing Agreement with us. Write to if you are the Data Controller and we will send the data processing agreement to you.


We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.



The information we collect when you are not logged in is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, as well as to be able to provide the services you have requested. We also collect this information to optimize the usability of our website, target and optimize the marketing and thus increase the use and value of our website and online solution.


Information we collect about you when you are logged in to your user account is used to be able to provide the service described in our terms of use of the solution.


Information we, on behalf of the sender, collect about you when you sign an agreement document is used to be able to document in the future that you have seen and signed the agreement document. We collect and store such data solely by virtue of our role as either Data Controller, in the case when the Data Subject has a direct relationship with us, or as the Data Processor for Data Controllers (senders of documents to be signed).


Period of storage

The information is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background of storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.


Disclosure or sharing of information and personal data 

Data about your behavioural use of the website, including identification of your operating system, browser, etc., which pages and elements you click on and your geographical location are passed on to third parties to the extent this information is known. In addition, we use a limited number of third parties for the storage and processing of data. These process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We currently use the following primary third party Data processors and Sub-processors:

  • Vimeo (Video streaming statistics)


Disclosure of personal information, to third parties not on the sub-processor list, such as name and e-mail, etc. will only happen if you give your consent. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. We have entered into data processor agreements with all third parties we use.


Your rights

  • You have the right to be informed of the personal data we process about you.
  • You can withdraw your consent at any time.
  • You can have your data deleted or exported.
  • The first time you ask for it, it's free. We will delete or send your data within one month after receiving a written request to this effect. 
  • If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.


Notwithstanding the foregoing, you as a registered user (subscriber) are still bound by terms of use of our service. However, these terms must not be in conflict with the Personal Data Regulation or other legislation.
