SignIt was created with security and privacy in mind. Through our business partnership with Nets, we initially built the system on these principles using the latest security and encryption technologies.

Based on the Danish island of Zealand, Nets is a part of the international Nexi Group specialising in payment solutions across Europe. They also specialise in digital ID solutions and have earned the trust among the citizens for safeguarding their digital identifications and their high level of reliability. Lately, they are currently releasing their latest and most secure digital ID, MitID, in Denmark. Trust, security, and reliability through technology and encryption are among Nets' core tenets. Hence, it was only natural for us to partner up with them in building our solution.

We’ve partnered up with Amazon and use their state-of-the-art servers and technologies to store data and offer our users a personalised archive for their signed documents and agreements. Being at the forefront of digital services, Amazon provides a high level of security and protection that continuously receives updates and enhancements.

Offering a digital system to manage documents and signatures requires a high level of security on a technical level. It also needs to be fully GDPR compliant as documents to be signed often contain confidential or sensitive information. Furthermore, such a solution also has to follow the standards set by eIDAS (Electronic IDentification, Authentication and trust Services) when used within the European market.

Finally, SignIt was built around having an out-of-the-box solution with a high focus on user-friendliness.
