We provide an online solution at https://app.signit.eu as well as Microsoft Add-ins that can be installed for Word (SignIt) and Outlook (SignIt Email) to:

• Sign documents with a digital signature;
• Request digital signatures from others;
• Store documents that are signed or awaiting signature.

We also provide a free service for students and parents, called ParentPortal. This assists with planning and applying for schools. It includes the ability to book and reserve a place at specific schools selected through the platform, complete school-related forms, and sign documents. Additionally, it offers a waiting list system for students and parents to track admission status. The service also includes options to pay school fees and registration fees.

Furthermore, we operate publicly accessible websites without login at signit.com, signit.eu, and related domains, which are used to market our online solution.

When You Are Not Logged In

When you use our website without logging in, we collect and process various types of information, for example, when accessing website content.

• A registered user (private individual, business, or organization) can send agreements via signit.com. The sender is responsible for the content.
